The
group of injection moulding machines range
from 550 to 2000 mp of clamping force with
an injection capacity of 1600 gm. (ps) to
16705 gm.(ps).
Each machine incorporates a multi-fuction
microprocessor-based controller, which gives
a high degree of precision, and veratility
that could not be achieved by a conventional
control system.
The total cost of plant and machinery works
out to Rs 656 lakhs.
The company has not entered into any technical
collaboration.
The technical process for the manufacture
of these plastic items is a conventional injection
moulding process.
